Once you have signed our engagement letter and paid our initial retainer, we kindly request to be granted the Adviser role with Manage User rights. This enables us to efficiently navigate your Xero account and accomplish any necessary tasks as per your requirements.

To initiate this partnership, simply follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Log in to your Xero organization.
  2. Click on your Organization name at the top left of the screen
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Access User Settings by selecting Users.
  5. Under Personal Details Enter the First and Last name of your advisor and Email of your advisor.
  6. Under Permissions Check Business and Accounting. Select the Advisor tab and make sure all boxes are checked.
  7. Complete the process by clicking on the blue Send invite button.
